 Rob completed a highly detailed and thorough survey on my property in March. It was the most comprehensive survey I have ever received, yet it was written in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Rob was communicative, approachable, and professional throughout the process. It is very reassuring to know that the company remains available afterwards should any questions arise. I have already acted on some of his recommendations, and both the estate agent and my builders have commented on how thorough and high-quality the survey must have been. Kenny Relf was recommended to me, and I am extremely pleased that I followed that recommendation. 

 Excellent service from Steve throughout. I liked the call after the survey to give brief overview of any issues that may have been found. Report was clear and concise and Steve available any time to ask questions and give advise. Very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. I got the personal touch you don't get with the bigger Companies. Would highly recommend!

 We recently used Steve Relf to conduct a survey out on a property we had agreed to purchase based on a recommendation from our solicitors. Steve was very transparent about what services were available, and what was to be carried out on the day.

On the day of the inspection, Steve phoned me to discuss his findings and what he recommended we should do if we purchased the property. Once the report came through, it contained a lot of detail, which again was easy to read based on the conversation we had days prior.

All in all, the service provided was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

 We used Kenny Relf Surveyors to do a survey on our property we are wanting to purchase. They were responsive to my initial enquiries and provided me with an example of the details that would be provided as part of the Survey. They arranged to conduct the survey through the estate agent and once completed, phoned me to give me a brief overview of their findings.

I received the full survey less than a week later. It was extremely detailed providing findings and where necessary, suggested further actions to take. At the end of the survey they include items to raise with my solicitors. I would highly recommend this friendly, professional and efficient company.
