A recent Level 3 Building Survey on a 1930s semi-detached house identified ageing rainwater goods, inadequate loft insulation, open chimney pots and a number of legal enquiries relating to alterations and a converted garden office. The survey provided the purchasers with a clear understanding of the condition of the property before exchange of contracts.
